PROBLEM: This major international manufacturer had to purchase branded shirts and jackets for dealer meetings. One challenge was to permit thousands of employees to order items without the company purchasing inventory.  Another goal was to charge back purchases to department budgets without the use of credit cards and expense reports.  Timely delivery was also a requirement.

SOLUTION:  Brand Advantage Group created a special ordering website complete with separate apparel selections for men and ladies, a sizing chart, and tools for employee identification and accounting codes.

BENEFIT:  Internet orders are tied back directly to the customer’s accounting system without additional data entry. Apparel is now shipped to each employee’s home well in advance of dealer meetings. There is no excess inventory, and the overall cost of the program has been significantly reduced.
